- Grew revenue 67% from $1.8M in 2014 to $3M+ in 2016. Exceeded revenue goals each year.
- Managed Marketing Committee oversight in order to drive event awareness and participation.
- Directed website redesign resulting in YOY increases of 5,570% in sessions and 4,662% in new users. Established CMS (WordPress) process to ensure style, brand and content consistency.

Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

2000-2003
Facilitated program that provided grants and computers to nearly 11K US libraries. Managed grant administration process for several states, including grantee evaluation. Coordinated telecommunications and service providers to supply technology solutions to libraries. Assessed libraries’ technical needs and arranged network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of routers, managed switches, and firewalls.
- Managed procurement of Internet access to most remote tribes and Pueblos in Four Corner States through Native American Access to Technology Program.
- Granted $3.4M to 3K+ libraries, while servicing 10K+ support calls in 3-year period.
- Provided and supported 750+ routers to public libraries nationwide.
PROJECTS
While at Microsoft I worked on the Branded Entertainment and Experiences Team (BEET). BEET was chartered with creating custom experiences featuring original content on Microsoft platforms.
In my time on BEET I completed twenty digital campaigns for some of the largest brand advertisers and global agencies in the US. The twenty campaigns are outlined below. I am extremely proud of the custom solutions we created at BEET and the stellar results we provided our clients.
